Matt Kenseth has a new crew chief, although the 2003 NASCAR champion hardly seems worried.

Chip Bolin opened preseason testing at Daytona International Speedway leading the No. 17 team, which had been run by Robbie Reiser since its 1999 inception. Reiser stepped down at the end of last season to become general manager of Roush Fenway Racing.
